Had an amazing stay on vacation, everything was brand-new. Its staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.

An attached restaurant at the ground floor was an advantage.

Loved my very comfortable stay on vacation. The room was beautiful with a balcony, had wake-up service, that's cool. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 miles, perfect for an early flight.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in an nice building with an outdoor restaurant. It has very central location and walk from a subway station.

This hotel was excellent place for exploring Mexico City, really enjoyed it. We stayed in the a single room, easy walk to Sevilla metro station, just 10 minutes on foot.

Location and staff were wonderful and I liked it. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. Perfectly pleasant overall experience.

Need to stay in this 5 star hotel. The rooms with an awesome view, a tub plus an ashtray. Don't forget to explore Colonia Cuauhtemoc district.

Decent service, extremely pleasant room and very nice boutique hotel building. The bed was amazing and it was great having good Internet and tea/coffee. The buffet breakfast option was outstanding. Relatively quiet location, at a moderate distance from garden of art. The sky bar in the property had variety of alcoholic great cocktails and wines throughout the day.

I loved the light room and unobtrusive staff. Lots of supplies in the room: tea/coffee and good Internet. Pleasant restaurant onsite and epic views🙂

Very lovely fantastic central hotel. Room had a fairly clean bathroom that we loved. This property's staff was sweet, providing a helpful service. There was variety of food that was great!

Great value, it was exceptional stay. Vibrant rooms, above average breakfast with lots of food, especially welcoming staff. Remarkable view of sea. Loved that this hotel was at a short distance from Rokai, ate there once or twice. Early check-in, late check-out.

Staff was brilliant, room was non-smoking, perfect location. Quite big suite and very comfy bed. I liked the attached restaurant, serving cold cuisine. The service at this excellent central hotel was efficient.

This hotel was funky and I liked it. Generous sized, recently refurbished room and kind staff, excellent wi-fi. Super central location, not too far from el angel. Splendid view, a large balcony, large bed, too.

Secure location, terrific hotel, comprehensive staff. Splendid and fancy room with a beautiful balcony. A stunning beach, fancy view. Plus, we stayed around 10-15 minutes walk from a modern shopping mall. The service here was excellent too.

The check-in was fast, we liked lobby bar. The Michelin-starred restaurant was stunning, friendly service. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, WiFi, terrace and coffee in the room. Facilities where pretty nice too.

The EXTREMELY FRIENDLY staff, friendly location and very beautiful rooms. I loved the Mexican cuisine served here. Comfy beds, complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen television were a nice touch. Everything was brand new as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was dirty. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. It was a such lovely hotel in an central area.

The room had awful views.

Room was freshly renovated, bed was super, staff was good. The night bar was large and the drinks were hot. Nestled close to restaurants and bars. Also, we could visit a wax museum, it was 5 minutes' drive away.

So lovely room, professional staff, truly wonderful location. I got free upgrade and loved it. Awesome food at the attached restaurant. Had spectacular service.

Ideal base for a 3-night stay. Room was air-conditioned, location was prime. In addition, free Wi Fi was useful. The place is 2.7 miles away from Mexico City downtown. Restaurant was good.

The hotel of choice in Mexico City. Visited their restaurant El Mexicano couple of times. We liked a mini bar, a writing table and an electric kettle.
